We deal with short and long term placements of all medical professionals from South Africa in countries such as the UK, NZ, Australia and Ireland. Placements can vary between two weeks and one year, or longer. Different packages can be negotiated depending on requirements, needs, preferences, experience, availability, etc.



Doctors:

Seeking top notch doctors who are interested in working in the Cruise Liner Industry. Starting salary is $8,000 per 28 day period, with an increase to $10,006 once you are approved to work solo on a single-doctor ship. Opportunity for promotion to $12,060 as a senior physician, working long-term on a two-year contract. Must have excellent inter-personal skills, understand customer (patient) satisfaction and be service oriented. You need to be able to work well with medical and other colleagues and you must respect the ship's command. Must be willing to work contracts of four to six months at a time with a break of one to two months in between.

Nurses:

Seeking registered nurses who have significant experience in emergency, CCU and/or ICU with a total of at least three years clinical experience. You need to be in good health (you have to pass a standard medical examination) and have a BMI of below 30. Your starting salary will be $4,061 per 28 day period. Opportunity for future promotions including to that of Lead Nurse for extra rank and pay of $ 4,658. The standard contract term is four to six months. The majority of nurses opt for four months. You will enjoy a one to two month work break in between. We are looking for knowledgeable nurses with good inter-personal skills and a strong customer orientation. The ability to work well with your colleagues is important and respect or the ship's command is essential.

Salaries are tax-free. Other benefits are free board and lodging whilst at sea, tax-free shopping on board, medical and more. Besides these benefits you will visit international ports and have the opportunity to see these cities.
